Each lodge has a large open-plan lounge diner with comfortable sofa, 32” flat screen TV, dvd, stereo system and solid wood dining table with leather chairs. Our fully fitted kitchens include fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave and are well equipped with pots, pans, cutlery and other utensils. The two bathrooms (one en suite) are stocked with big fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries for your use. The two bedrooms have duvets, pillows and all bed linen. Our Well-being Room has a healing infrared sauna and exercise equipment should you decide to use it! Outside on the decking is a seating area for your meals al fresco and a barbecue for those lazy summer evenings. Beside the decking is your private hot tub so you can sit outside and gaze at the stars. Upon arrival we welcome you with tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk and a complimentary bottle of champagne! There’s nothing like sitting in warm bubbling water as you gaze up to the stars and enjoy a glass of champagne! Inside we have a healing infrared sauna which accommodates 2 – 3 people at a time. Infrared saunas are the latest heat therapy that is taking the world by storm, as therapists have found that infrared energy offers even more health benefits than traditional saunas. As the heat penetrates your tissue and boosts your circulation, it begins to improve your skin tone and texture and helps ease joint problems such as arthritis and stiffness. Through perspiration your body will release toxins and break down stored body fats, which manufacturers claim helps you melt away cellulite and lose up to 600 calories in just half an hour! That implies that thirty minutes in an infrared sauna is the equivalent to jogging up to 10 - 15 kilometres. We know which one we would prefer! Please note our lodges are non smoking and unfortunately we do not allow pets or children under 16 as we want to retain the tranquil and relaxing atmosphere of the site!
